Abstract: Abstract: Analysis of hospital clinical data of 20 cases of severe lower limb arterial occlusion in the period from November 2010 to September 2011,17 cases were male and 3 females, age 56 to 67 years, the average age of 60.2 years,Are good results after treatment of the Silverhawk plaque biopsy system,17 patients with Simple plaques peeling treatment success,2 patients with plaques peeling joint balloon angioplasty.1 patient found that the vascular injury, and improved after treatment. 19 patients with plaques peeling treatment success,One cases of failure, Success rate of 95%,20 cases of postoperative symptoms improved,Lesion segment vascular CTA、ankle-brachial index prompted ischemia improved significantly after Atherectomy,Confirmed the safety and efficacy of the Silverhawk plaques biopsy system is an effective method for treatment of severe lower limb arterial lesions
