Abstract: Abstract Objective :explore the new mode to promote midwifery vaginal delivery, reduce cesarean section rate was the effect. Methods: select in October 2008-February 2011 in our antenatal examination and in our delivery of the pregnant women 270 cases as the observation group implementing new birth, 250 cases of the model was the implementation of the original midwifery mode. Comparing the two group of delivery mode, total process and fetal weight. Results:two groups in childbirth, total process time and way fetal weight are significant difference (p < 0.05). Conclusion:the new model can promote midwifery vaginal delivery, reduce cesarean section rate was, shorten the process, reduce the incidence of great son.
