Abstract: Objective To observe the effect of the fibrinolysin and rivaroxaban to treat deep venous thrombosis. Methods 63 patients from Janurary, 2010 to August, 2011 were divided into two groups: observation group (n=32) was treated with fibrinolysin 200U/L and rivaroxaban 10mg/d; controll group (n=31) was treated with fibrinolysin 200U/L and Low Molecular Dextran. Fibrinogen, coagulation time, and prothrombin time were tested. Doppler ultrasound was performed to evaluate the effect of thrombolysis. Results There were significant difference bewteen two groups in effect of thrombolysis and fibrinogen. Fibrinolysin and rivaroxaban could have better effect than controll group. There were not significant difference in coagulation time, prothrombin time, and severe bleeding events. Conclusion Fibrinolysin and rivaroxaban could be an effective option for deep venous thrombosis.
