Abstract: At present, bisphosphonates and dinozumab, as bone protectors, have good clinical effects on bone metastasis of breast cancer and adjuvant treatment of early breast cancer, but the drug selection, drug regimen and other aspects need to be further explored. This article aims to review the latest research progress of the mechanism of bisphosphonates and dinozumab for the treatment of bone metastasis of breast cancer and the adjuvant therapy of early breast cancer.
