Abstract: Abstract：Objective: study on the characteristics of died-cases with allergic shook in Autopsy and their pathological diagnosis criteris. Methods: Review study 10 autopsy cases in our department between 2002 to 2010.Results: 10 cases were between 18 to 88 years old .The most common reason resulting in anaphylaxis was Cephalosporin. The allergic cases usually happen at the private clinics and the base hospitals .The edema of throat of 6cases was found in Autopsy, 9cases were acute pulmonary edema, there were 7cases with mast cell releasing granules .Conclusion: sudden death of anaphylaxis should synchronously consider clinical symptoms, history, observation in autopsy and most cell releasing granules.
