Abstract: [Abstract] Objective To study the clinical value of OSAHS patients with endotracheal intubation under guidance of bronchofibroscope through nose.methods The authors choose 600 OSAHS under the under guidance of bronchofibroscope through nose, and also choose 216 OSAHS through nose or mouth endotracheal intubation in induction of anaesthesia as the comparison. Results The sex （χ2 =1.43）, age （t=1.26）, obesity proportion （χ2 =1.65）, grave OSAHS proportion（χ2 =1.53） and the complication proportion（χ2 =1.37） have no signficant difference （P>0.05）. The treat group has difficult airway 384 case , 64.0%, and the comparison group has difficult airway 144 case, 66.67%, （χ2 =1.76），they have no signficant difference（P>0.05）. All the patients of the treat group are successful, but the comparison group can only reach the proportion of 81.94%, （χ2 =8.32）,have signficant difference （P<0.01）.Conclusion The technigue of endotracheal intubation under guidance of bronchofibroscope through nose has many advantages, it can deal with the difficult airway easily, has great clinical value.
