Abstract: [Abstract] Objective To explore the significance of changes of red cell immune function in IgA nephropathy.. Method Forty-six type IgA nephropathy with biopsy-proven IgA nephropathy were used in this study. Flow-cytometry was applied in analysis changes of red cell of CD35 . Results: With the progress of IgA nephropathy, CD35 decreased gradually. CD35 expression did not correlate with proteinuria, but. distinctly associated with the level of serum creatinine, mesangial proliferative glomeruli and glomerulosclerosis(r=0.552,P<0.05，r=0.561,P<0.05，r=0.637,P<0.01，). Conclusion The abnormal expression of CD35 may contribute to the progression of IgA nephropathy.
