Abstract: 【Abstract】Objective To observe the curative effect of low-dose Ibuprofen can alleviate the child with headaches. Methods Forty-five children with headaches who came to my hostital during 2009 to 2010，were randomized design and allocated to two groups:5mg/kg(n=23) group and 10mg/kg group(n=22) .treating with ibuprofen ,efficacy measures :the headache reduced to probably bigger than 2 degrees by 2 hours. Compare the efficacy of two groups. Results The 2 groups weren’t significantly for using to alleviate the pain. The ibuprofen 5mg/kg dose can be considered for the acute treatment of the child with headache, and might be avoided the drug abuse.
