Abstract: 【Abstrct】 Objective   To compare the effect of tulobuterol patches and nebulized salbutamol on Infant Bronchiolitis，meanwhile observe the medicine adverse reaction. Methods   Sixty bronchiohtis infants were randomly divided into observation group and control groups. There were 30 cases in each group. The observation group was given tulobuterol patches combined with nebulization Ipratropium Bromide and budesonide, whereas the control group was given inhalation of salbutamol, Ipratropium Bromide and budesonide. Besides them, other therapies (including Oxygen inhalation, sputum suction, symptomatic and support treatment, the use of antibiotics) had no difference. Symptom scores of the coughing and wheezing, the effect scores of daytime lives and nocturnal sleep and the incidence adverse reactions were recorded. Pulmonary function test were detected on the first day and the seventh day. Blood routine, urine routine and medicine’s side effects were observed also.Results   Between two groups, there were no significant difference in the total effect, the level of cough, expectoration, wheezing and the scores of daytime lives（P > 0.05）, but nocturnal sleep was improved significantly（Z=1.974，P < 0.05）. Tidal volume, TI/TE, TPTEF/TE and VPEF/VE had significant difference after treatment in both groups.（P < 0.05）. All of the index were no difference between two groups on the first day. TPTEF/TE and VPEF/VE in observation group were better than those in control group（P < 0.05）. White count and urine routine were not influenced. There was no serious side effect during the treatment. Conclusion   Tulobuteml patches combined with nebulized Ipratropium Bromide and budesonide have a certain effect in treatment of infant bronchiohtis，with faster effect，fewer adverse reactions and good compliance．
