Abstract: Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of P450arom in patients endometriosis. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of P450arom in the endometrium. All data were statistically analyzed. Results: The the expression level of P450arom was significantly higher in patients with endometriosis than the control group( P =0.0006 ).Its sensibility was 80.95%, the specifility was 82.50% in the diagnosis of endometriosis. Conclusion: The higher-expression of P450arom in endometrium was related to the development of endometriosis. P450arom may help evaluate endometriosic development.
