Abstract: Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of vitrectomy for vitreous hemorrhage. Methods:ninty-eight inpatients(112 eyes)of vitreous hemorrhage with vitrectomy were analyzed retrospectively. The preoperative vision and pastoperative vision were compared by paired t-test whose eyes with diabetic retinopathy、 retinal vein obstruction、hypertensive fundus hemorrhage、ocular trauma and rhegmatogenous detachment.Then analyze the complication and how to resolve it. Results:Postoperative follow-up was over 6 months.10 eyes had no vision improvem ent,and another 102 eyes had better vision than preoperation, there was a significant difference(P<0.05).The hyphema、 high intraocular pressure intraoperative 、recurrent vitreous hemorrhage,complicated cataract and retinal detachment were common postoperative complications.Conclusion:Vitrectomy is an effective method to treat vitreous hemorrhage,but attention should be paid to the prevention of intraoperative and postoperative complications.
