Abstract: Objective: To investigate the clinical effection of xufuzhuyu capsule on the hyper-coagulation state of cancer. Methods: A total of 72 cancer patients with histological diagnoses, which serological examinations showed hypercoagulable state were included in the study. The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 36 cases for each. Patients received 2.4g xufuzhuyu capsule twice a day for 28 days in treatment group, and received symptomatic and supportive treatment alone in control group. The peripheral blood APTT, PT, FIB, D-dimer levels and platelet counts were detected within a week before and after treatment Results: The peripheral blood FIB, D-dimer levels and platelet counts in treatment group were lower than that in control group (P <0.05) after treatment, and the peripheral blood D-dimer levels after treatment were higher than that befoer treatment in control group. The effective rate in treatment group was 41.7%, which was significantly higher than 8.3% in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Xufuzhuyu capsule can significantly improve hyper-coagulation state in cancer patients. Study more in detail on the field is of important value to guide clinical practice and drug development work.
