Abstract: Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical and radiological characteristics and diagnosis，treatment，prognosis of nocardial infection. Methods The clinical feature，radiological characteristics，laboratory diagnosis and treatment of one case of pulmonary nocardiosis. Results The disease has a nonspecific clinical feature and radiological characteristic may present cavitary lesions.The most precise diagnosis was bacteriological test.The treatment must last a long course. Conclusion Immunosuppression is the most important predisposing factor for pulmonary nocardiosis. Sulfonamides are still the drugs of first choice and linezolid appears an effective option for the treatment of nocardiosis. Key words:　Nocardia infections; lung diseases;diagnosis;drug therapy
