EUROscore, SYNTAXscore and their relationship with clinical characteristes were investigated. Results: SYNTAX Score is correlated with the EUROscore (r = 0.368, P<0.05), LVEF(r=-0.282,P<0.05); and LVDD(r=0.281,P<0.05).Conclusion:Both SYNTAXscore and EUROscore can serve as risk assessment in patients with left main disease.
