摘要: 近年研究发现微小 RNA miRNAs) 是转录后基因调控的关键因素, 参与诸多疾病的发生、 发展。在肾脏病研究中, miRNAs 的作用也日益受到重视。糖尿病肾病 (DN) 是终末期肾脏病的主要原因之一, 发病机制尚未完全阐明。本文就 miRNAs DN 发病机制中的作用进行综述。

Abstract: In recent years, microRNAs were shown to be one of the key factors in post transcriptional gene regulation which are involved in occurrence, development of many diseases. In the field of kidney disease research, the role of microRNAs attracted more and more attention. Diabetic nephropathy is one of the major causes of end-stage renal disease, whose pathogenesis however has not been fully elucidated yet. This article reviews the role of microRNAs in the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy.
