关于脊柱微创手术的原则

  • 作者简介:张西峰， 男（1963.10）， 医学博士、 主任医师、 副教授。师从我国著名骨科前辈朱盛修和张伯勋教授， 从事矫形骨科临床及科研工作 29 年。担任中华医学会骨科学分会微创脊柱外科学组委员， 中国康复医学脊柱脊髓损伤专业委员会微创脊柱外科学组委员， 中国康复医学会脊柱脊髓损伤专业委员会脊柱结核学组委员， 中国医师学会微创脊柱外科学组副组长， 北京医学会微创学组副组长， 全军骨科委员会脊柱外科分会委员， 北美脊柱外科学会（NASS） 会员， 国际微创协会 （ISASS） 会员， 在国内外核心期刊上发表论文 40 余篇。擅长脊柱退行性疾病、 退行性脊柱侧弯、 腰椎间盘突出症、 脊柱骨折、 脊柱结核、 脊柱感染性疾病、 脊柱原发肿瘤和转移肿瘤、 脊柱骨质疏松压缩骨折的微创治疗以及脊柱疑难疾病的鉴别诊断。

摘要： 随着医学科学的发展， 脊柱外科手术微创化程度也越来越高。其术后效果与传统手术相当或略胜一筹， 患者的依从性和满意度也较高， 所以脊柱微创手术逐渐被广大患者所接受。但与传统手术相比， 由于其操作精细程度高、 学习曲线长等原因， 也就要求脊柱外科医生必须熟知脊柱微创手术的原则和相关的理念。只有遵循这些原则和理念， 微创脊柱外科才能健康、 持续、 快速地发展。

Abstract: With the development of medical science, the level of minimally invasive spinal surgery is becoming higher and higher. Comparing to the traditional operation, the postoperative effect is equal to it or slightly better than it, with the higher patient satisfaction. The minimally invasive spine surgery is gradually accepted by the majority of patients. However, compared with the traditional operation, minimally invasive spinal surgery requires that spine surgeon must be familiar with principles and related concepts of minimally invasive surgery of the spine, due to its higher degree of fine operating, long learning curve. Only by following these principles and ideas, can the minimally invasive spine surgery be healthy sustainable and rapid developed.
