摘要： 摘要：近年来，我国前列腺癌（PCa）的发病率呈显著增高的态势。同时，相较于发达国家，我国PCa患者的死亡 率较高。在过去10年中，用于PCa诊断的生物标志物的相关研究取得了较大进展，这些标志物检测证据基础也在迅 速发展。本文对PCa生物标志物检测领域的最新研究进展加以综述，以期为临床医务人员更好地进行决策提供 借鉴。

Abstract: Abstract: In recent years, the incidence of prostate cancer in China has increased significantly. At thesame time,compared with developed countries, the mortality rate of prostate cancer in China is higher. In the past decade, the relevant research on biomarkers for the diagnosis of prostate cancer has made great progress, and the evidence base for the detection of these markers is also rapidly developing. We reviewed a large number of literatures and reviewed the latest developments in the field of prostate cancerbiomarker testing in order to provide a reference for clinical medical staff to make better decisions.
