Abstract: Abstract: The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is highly infectious and easy to be misdiagnosed and missed in the early stage, leading to the spread of the epidemic. Clinical data including blood routine test, chest computed tomography (CT) and viral nucleic acid detection were negative in some patients, they were finally diagnosed as COVID-19 because of their suspicious history of close contact, and in the subsequent tracking some of the patients showed positive images or laboratory test results. In this process, such patients may have the risk of infecting others, which should be given clinical attention. Here we report one case with normal initial blood routine examination, chest CT and viral nucleic acid detection, but diagnosed as COVID-19 in the later stage. This paper summarizes the experience of diagnosis and treatment of the case is summarized.
