Abstract: Oral cancer is a common cancer of head and neck. Regional recurrence and metastasis are the main course of the poor prognosis. But the exact molecular mechanism is still unknown. Studies have showed that microRNA plays an im⁃ portant role in the tumorigenesis, invasion and metastasis of oral cancer. And it is expected to become a valuable diagnostic marker and therapeutic target. This paper makes a review about the microRNA related to oral cancer.
