Abstract: A female patient aged 71 had 10 toe-nails thickening that appeared on deck, which was dirty yellow with the longitudinal ridges and the rough surface. Around the nails, skin edematous erythema has appeared for six months. Histopathology showed: mild epidermal hyperkeratosis, thickening of wedge-shaped particle layer, acanthosis, liquefaction and degeneration of basal cell. And cracks is visible under the skin. Perivascular shallow expansion of the dermis present lymphocytic zonal infiltration. Diagnosis: a lichen planus.
