Abstract: Abstract:Objective To use the noninvasive check means by Multi-slice Spiral CT Angiography to evaluate the value and clinical meaning in adult’s coronary artery anatomic abnomalies. Methods: MSCTA and clinical data of 760 patients were trospectively analysed. Results: Congenital Anatomic Variation of Coronary Artery 202 patients (26.58%, 202/760) were found by MSCTA among 760 patients. Take CAG test result as the "gold standard", the sensitivity of coronary artery anatomic abnomalies in MSCTA examination = 96.47%, specificity = 97.44%. Positive predictive value = 96.47%, negative predictive value = 97.44%.Conclusion: MSCT in the evaluation of anomalous coronary artery anatomy with high specificity, is a noninvasive and reliable evaluation of anomalous coronary anatomy in the first choice of imaging examination method.
