Abstract: Overactive bladder (OAB) is defined as urgency with or without urinary incontinence, usually associated with frequency and nocturia. β3-adrenoceptor (AR) agonists ,as a new effective, safe and well-tolerated class of drug for patients with OAB,appear very promising.we reviewed research data on the mechanism of action, adverse events,pharmacokinetics,safety and efficacy of β3-adrenoceptor agonists in the treatment of the OAB.
