Abstract

Abstract: In 2017, the American Society of Critical Care Medicine (SCCM) and European Society Intensive Care Medicine (ESICM) issued the latest guidelines for sepsis in 2016. The guide updated the guidelines of 2012 and proposed more precise, accurate and effective diagnosis and treatment program. This article elaborated the new enlightenment and thinking of the guide in order to improve the understanding and clinical practice of the sepsis guidelines for the intensive medical doctors.
