Abstract: Persistent supraventricular or ventricular tachycardias can cause ventricular enlargement, decreased cardiac function and eventually lead to heart failure and sudden death. Such a type of clinical syndrome is called tachycardiainduced cardiomyopathy (TIC). Therefore, in view of the reversibility of TIC, the early diagnosis and appropriate treatment are particularly important for this special type of cardiomyopathy. In this paper, the research progress of clinical classification, etiology, pathogenesis, diagnostic points, clinical manifestations and treatment strategies of TIC are systematically summarized.
