A case report of the old patient with congenital aortic coarctation and severe coronary heart disease

Abstract: Congenital coarctation of the aorta (CoA) is a congenital macrovascular disease. Most of the untreated CoA patients died before the age of 30 years. This study presented a 67-year-old patient who was first diagnosed as aortic coarctation with severe coronary heart disease and was long-term survival. This paper reviewed the diagnosis and treatment of the patient and reviewed the relevant literature of the diagnosis and treatment.
