Abstract: Objective: To investigate the efficacy of oral ulcer animal model by compound epidermal growth factor and glycyrrhizic zinc pellicles. Methods: The 24 rabbits were randomly divided into treatment group, control group and blank control group, all 8,burning 1 min on the rabbits right mouth mucosa with wet acetic acid cotton.Physiological saline wash 5 min, ulcers were formated after 24h. Anesthetized rabbits At 8:00, 12:00, 16:00 every day, The treatment group using the compound pellicles treated 2h,the control group using ulcer paste treated 2h, the control group no treatment, treatment for 5d.Daily measurement of maximum diameter of ulcers in rabbits, comparison between groups observed. Results: When treatment to the 3rd day, the treatment group was more effective than the control group and blank group(P<0.05), there was no significant difference between the control group and blank group(P>0.05);when treatment to the 5th day, there was no significant difference between the control group and treatment group(P>0.05), but the two groups were all more effective than blank group(P<0.05).(2)Rabbits in the appearance of cure, organization of the control group of rabbits has been repaired epithelium, but thinner than normal tissue, lamina fiber was loose than normal tissue; epithelial surface incomplete keratinizated, was basically consistent with the normal tissue. Conclusions: The exact effect of compound epidermal growth factor and glycyrrhizic zinc pellicles can be effective for treatment of oral ulcer ainimal model.
