Abstract: Abstract Objective:To investigate the influential factors of morning urine microalbuminuria(MALB)/urine creatinine(Cr) and explore the feasibility of replacing 24-hour urine microalbuminuria protein (24hMALB )monitoring by measuring morning urine MALB/ Cr in diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients. Methods :Morning urine sampales and 24-hour urine sampales were obtained from 179 type 2 diabetic patients, morning urine MALB,Cr, 24hMALB and other biochemical indicators were measured. All patients were divided into three groups according to the creatinine clearance rate(Ccr). The correlation between MALB/Cr in morning urine and 24hMALB was analyzed.Results:① MALB/ Cr was positively correlated with age, body mass index, the duration of diabetes, 24hMALB,24-hour urine protein, systolic blood pressure , diastolic blood pressure, diabetic retinopathy. ②The duration of diabetes , systolic blood pressure , diabetic retinopathy is the independent risk factors of MALB/ Cr in morning urine of type 2 diabetes patients. ③The correlation between MALB/Cr and 24hMALB was statistical significance when Ccr≥25.66mL /min.Conclusion: Detection of MALB/Cr in morning urine can replace 24hMALB to evaluate diabetic nephropathy in type 2 diabetes patients. Morning urine MALB/Cr can be applied in population with different Ccr when Ccr≥25.66mL /min.
