Abstract

Abstract: Ultrasound microbubbles have been widely used in contrast echocardiography because of their advantages of non-invasion, high-safety, and real-time dynamic imaging, providing valuable information for the diagnosis of heart diseases. With the development of molecular research，targeted imaging and gene therapy of ultrasound microbubbles have been deeply studied in animal experiments, which provides a new direction for the future diagnosis and treatment of cardiac diseases. This paper reviews the application of ultrasound microbubbles in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac diseases.
