Abstract: Abstract: Wnt/β - catenin signaling pathway is a widely existing and highly conserved evolutionary pathway in organisms. This pathway plays an important role in cell growth, development, migration and apoptosis. Specificity protein-5 (Sp5), as a downstream target of Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway, also plays an important regulatory role in the development process, including cell differentiation, tissue formation and tumorigenesis. Starting from the Wnt/β - catenin signaling pathway, this paper reviews the role of Wnt/β-catenin-Sp5 in the development of the disease by reviewing its role in the downstream molecule Sp5.
