Abstract: 【Abstract】 Objective：To study the chest image appearances of Influenza A（H1N1）. Methods：The chest X-ray imaging features of Influenza A（H1N1). Results：Of 17 cases，pulmonary parenchymal exudation and consolidation were in 5 cases；interstitial infiltration was in 2 cases；and parenchymal and interstitial lesions were in 10 cases. Conclusion： Patches，large areas of lung consolidation，ground-glass shadow，diffuse lung diseases，and bilateral lung involvement were the chief image appearances in Influenza A（H1N1).
