Abstract: Abstract] Objective :The goal of this study was to analyze relationship between the expression levels of Caveolin-1and Ki67 and HPV infection in normal cervical tissue, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and cervical carcinoma, and to analyze its relationship with clinicopathological parameters of cervical cancer-related links to explore the above-mentioned target happened in cervical cancer development, invasion and metastasis, for the diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer to provide a new and effective target. .Methods : Using immunohistochemical method to detect the expression of Caveolin-1 and Ki67 and HPV in 15 cases of normal cervical tissue,35 cases of CIN tissue, 50 cases of cervical cancer . Results : significant difference for Caveolin-1and ki-67 was existed between normal cervical group and CIN group and cancer group.with increasing of clinical stages and tumor grades ,positive rates have signifucant difference, which were correlated with lymph node metastasis. The positive rate of HPV16/18 was significantly different between cervical cancer, CIN tissue and normal cervical tissue and was not associated with tumor grades ,clinical stages, age group and lymph node metastasis. Conclusion: expression of Caveolin-1 and ki-67 in cervical cancer tissue was correlated with HPV infection.Combined detection of Survivin and Ki-67 may be a new target of cancer diagnosis and treatment and a new way to assess the severity of cervical cancer.
