Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical features,diagnosis and treatment for allergic perpura accompanied with acute intussusceptions(APAI) in children.Methods The clinical data of 26 cases was analysed retrospectively.Results APAI had no typical clinical manifestation.B type ultrasounography(BUS) is very useful for diagnosis . It was observed a high rate of air enema reduction.Surgical procedure should be made if air enema failed. Intestinal necrosis usually occurred in cases with enteric intussusception .Conclusion APAI had no typical clinical manifestation. BUS is very useful for diagnosis.
