Abstract: Abstract Objective：This study was designed to investigate the expression of MMP-9 and Ki67 in pancreatic cancer （PC）．Methods：The expression of MMP-9 and Ki67 were detected by S-P immunohistochemical methods in 100 PC patients．Results：The survival rate in patients was correlated MMP-9 and Ki67 expressions(P<0．005)．MMP-9 expressions were correlated with TNM staging and lymph node metastasis in PC (P<0．025, P<0．025)．Ki67 expressions were correlated with TNM staging, lymph node metastasis, the degree of differentiation in PC (P<0．025, P<0．005, P<0．005)． Conclusion：Combined detection of expression of MMP-9 and Ki67 in PC may have practical value in prognosis of the PC patients．
