Abstract: 【ABSTRACT】Objective：To inwestigate the effect of TGF-β1 on the Proliferation and smad3、7 protein expression in JEG-3 cells.Methods： the human choriocarcinoma cell line JEG-3 were cultured in vitro.After exposed to TGF-β1, the proliferation of JEG-3 cells was measured by MTT assay. The espression of smad3、7 protein was measured by Western blotting .Conclusion：The external TGF-β1 can stimulate the proliferation of JEG-3 choriocarcinoma cells, and showing excellent concentration and timing effect. Smad7 protein response missing, Smad3 protein expression in abnormally high levels, suggesting that choriocarcinoma JEG-3 cells to escape TGF-β1-mediated -mediated growth inhibition may be due to the downstream signaling pathway TGF-β1/Smads exception occurs.
