Abstract: Objective: To explore the role and the possible mechanism of Diaomo Zhibeng liquid on the rats with the endometrial hyperplasia. Methods: The model of endometrial hyperplasia was induced with estrogen load after the induction of model in rats with EH. The medicine of Diaomo Zhibeng liquid were administrated in uterine cavity of rats.The expression levels of ER、ERα、β were checked by immunohistochemistry. Results: Compared with control group, the expression of ER、ERα、β increased in the rats of the model group (P<0.05). However, after treatment of Diaomo Zhibeng liquid, the expression of ER、ERα、β decreased, (P<0.05). There is no difference between small and big dose of Diaomo zhibeng liquid groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: Diaomo Zhibeng liquid plays a role in the endometrial hyperplasia by accelerate the ecclasis of uterine endometrial. One of mechanisms is maybe related to inhibiting the expression of ER、ERα、β.
