Abstract: Objective:To investigate the relation of HLA-B27 in the progression and prognosis of patients with juvenile-onsetspondyloarthropathies(JSpA),we compare the clinical and laboratory examination manifestation between the HLA-B27 antigen positive and negative groups。Methods:The clinical and laboratory manifestations of 94 JSpA patients with positive HLA-B27 were analyzed and compared with those of 80 patients with negative HLA-B27.Results:There was significance difference in the gender, age of disease onset, the involved of articulatio sacroiliaca, the imageology and the IgA,erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),antinuclear antibody, protein electrophoresisβmanifestation between the two groups(p<0.05),in contrast to the peripheral joint involvement, the other immune index,C-reactive protein(CRP) and so on (p>0.05)。Conclusion: HLA-B27 (+) JSpA patients have an later onset of age, severer symptoms and are tend to develop irreversible lesions.
