Correlation of Targets Organs Damage in Patients With Hypertensions which controlled well, Diabetes and Heart Rate Variability

Abstract: [Objective] This study aimed to investigate the correlation of targets organs damage in patients with hypertensions which controlled well and Heart Rate Variability [Methods]We compared the Heart Rate Variability between 90 patients of hypertension with target organ damage group and 111 patients of hypertension group, patients are divided into subgroups according to diabetes.[Results] HRV decreases significantly both in hypertension with target organ damage and in diabetes(P<0.05) .[Conclusion] HRV is the early diagnosis of hypertension with target organ damage and autonomic nervous system damage in diabetes.
