Abstract: 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship of inflammatory cytokines gene polymorphism with restenosis after percutaneous coronary Intervention(PCI) in Tianjin Chinese-Han population. Methods 437 patients who successfully underwent PCI with a follow-up angiography were divided into a restenosis group (166) and non-restenosis group (271). IL-6 polymorphism (-572C/G)、IL-1β polymorphism (-511C/T) and IL-10 polymorphism (-592C/A) in promoter region were genotyped respectively by restricted fragment length polymorphism using polymerase chain reaction (PCR-RFLP) method. Results (1) There were no significant difference in frequencies of IL-6-572 、IL-1β-511 and IL-10-592 genotype and allele between 2 groups (P>0.05); (2) Logistic regression analysis revealed postive correlations between Lp(a)、ACS patients、pre-PCI degree of stenosis、length of target lesion stenosis and restenosis (OR=1.90、3.92、2.07、3.04, respectively); and there were negative correlations between the stent diameter, the diameter of reference vessel before stent implantation and restenosis(OR=0.76、0.39, respectively). Conclusion (1)The polymorphism of IL-6 -572 C/G、IL-1β-511 C/T and IL-10 -592 C/A gene was not associated with restenosis in the Tianjin Chinese-Han population
