Abstract: Abstract   Objective  To study the clinical value of HR-HPV on the diagnosing high-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN).Methods: We splited 114 patients with different results of cervical pathology into two groups, group A had 43 cases, including chronic cervicitis and CIN I ;group B had 71 cases, including CIN II-III .The diagnostic efficiency of the cervical cytological screening with TCT,HPV virus testing with genomic extraction kit and Cotesting were contrasted. Results   High-grade CIN was only predicted by cervical cytological testing,HR-HPV,cervical cytological testing combined with HR-HPV testing where, the sensitivity were 83.1%,88.7%,91.5%,the specificity were 14.0%,48.8%,58.1%, the positive-predictive value were 61.5%,74.1%,78.3%, the negative-predictive value were 33.3%,72.4%, 80.6% , the diagnostic efficiency were 57.0 %,73.7%, 78.9%, respectively. The diagnostic efficiency of high-grade CIN by HPV testing and Cotesting were better than cervical cytological testing(p<0.05, p<0.05).Conclusions    The diagnostic efficiency of high-grade CIN by HR-HPV testing and HR-HPV testing combined with cervical cytological testing was better than cervical cytological testing.
