Abstract: Abstract Objectives:To observe the pre-and post-operational changes of the expressions of survivin/caspsae-3、CD44V6 in patients with colorectal cancer after intra-abdominal implantation fluorouracil sustained release implant. Methods:The peripheral blood levels of survivin/caspsae-3 were detected by RT-PCR and CD44V6 by FCM in 64 patients (fluorouracil sustained release implant were implanted intra-abdominally in 32 patients undergoing radical colorectal cancer surgery in the experimental group, while 32 cases undering radical surgery only served as controls) diagnosed with colon cancer. Results:No significant difierences of survivin/caspsae-3、CD44V6 were detected between the two groups before operation(P>0.05).survivin、CD44V6 levels were lower (P<0.05)while caspase-3 were higher(P<0.05) in the patients of the experimental group than the controls after operration. Conclusion:Fluorouracil sustained release implant could inhibit the expression of suvivin and raising caspase-3 to induce apoptosis, while reduce the expression of CD44V6 to effect the colorectal cancer micro transfer.
