Abstract: Objective：To explore the clinical application of asymmetric z-plasty in repair of congenital unilateral incomplete cleft lip. Methods：By individual design，65 patients with incomplete unilateral cleft lip were renewed lip height, repaired orbicular muscle of mouth and repaired nasal deformity. Results：The method was used in 65 patients, all cases were treated with primary healing. Followed up 6 months to 18 months，the ideal operative effects were obtained in all cases. Conclusion： the individual reconstruction of incomplete unilateral cleft lip is rational and simple，and is an ideal method for unilateral cleft lip repair.
