Abstract: Abstract Objective: To explore the clinical significance of creatinine clearance(Ccr)and total bilirubin(TBIL)Levels in aged patients with coronary heart disease. Methods: According to coronary artery angiography (CAG), 784 subjects aged more than 65 years were divided into several groups. The creatinine clearance and total bilirubin Levels were compared. Results: With the increased number of involved branches, the level of Ccr was gradually decreased, the level of TBIL was gradually increased (P<0.05). Multi-Logistic regression analysis showed that Ccr and TBIL were independent risk factors of CHD. Conclusion: Ccr and TBIL may have clinical forecast value for CHD. It was important to improve renal and liver functions in intervention and prevention of aged patients with coronary heart disease.
